Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered through the sanayitipipro.com website operated by the Seller, between the Seller and the Buyer specified below.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's sanayitipipro.com website in electronic environment.

ARTICLE 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

BUYER; in distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, can use the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without undertaking any legal or criminal responsibility and without showing any justification within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and the delivery on the sanayitipipro.com website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
