2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a condition that a written notification is made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within this period.
4. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
- Products prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or clearly personal needs which are not suitable for return.
- Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene.
- Goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is not under the control of the SELLER.
